Admission
All guests entering Cedar Park Center must have a valid event ticket to gain admission. For most events, including Texas Stars and Austin Toros games, children under 2 years of age may enter the venue free of charge, providing that he/she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests should retain their ticket stubs in order to verify proper seat locations. Please sit only in your seat, as designated by the ticket, to avoid inconvenience to others.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Locations
An AED is a device used to administer an electric shock through the chest wall of the heart. A built in computer assesses the patient's heart rhythm, judges whether defibrillation is needed and then administers the shock. Audible and / or visual prompts guide the user through the process.
An AED machine is located on the main concourse at the Guest Services Desk behind Section 121, in First Aid behind Section 109, and on the suite level in the northwest and southeast corners. These portable models allow non-medical personnel to respond to a medical emergency where defibrillation is required.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is sold only to guests 21 years of age and older, with proper identification. There is a two (2) drink maximum per purchase per person. During Texas Stars games all alcohol sales will be terminated at the beginning of the 3rd period. During Austin Toros games all alcohol sales will be terminated at the beginning of the 4th quarter. The cut off for alcohol sales will not change in the event of overtime during any sporting event. For other events, the termination of alcohol sales will be determined on an event-by-event basis, by the Cedar Park Center and ARAMARK team.
Animals
Animals are not permitted in Cedar Park Center, with the exception of trained service animals or promotional nights. If you have further questions regarding animals in the venue, please contact us at 512-600-5000.
ATMs (Automated Teller Machine)
For your convenience, Cedar Park Center has two (2) Plain's Capital Bank ATMs located on the main concourse behind Section 122 and 102.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located throughout the venue in various men's, women's and all family restrooms.
Backstage Passes
Backstage passes are not available for sale. Passes are usually only provided by artist management or fan clubs to select recipients. Cedar Park Center personnel cannot provide or sell backstage passes and are prohibited from providing any tour personnel information.
Bag Check
All bags entering Cedar Park Center are subject to search.
Banners and Signs
Hand-held banners and signs are allowed at Cedar Park Center (however this varies by event). Banners or signs may not be placed on the ice, be commercial in nature, obscene or cause any disturbance to other guests. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs may not exceed three (3) feet tall, obstruct the view of other guests or obstruct building signage. Cedar Park Center reserves the right to remove any banner or sign without exception or change this policy at any time.
Banquet Rooms

Cameras and Recording Devices
Video cameras are not allowed in Cedar Park Center. The use of "non-professional" still cameras without flash, at the request of their respective leagues, is permitted during Texas Stars and Austin Toros games. Tripods and camera stands are not permitted inside the venue. The use of still cameras during concerts and other events hosted at the venue, will be determined on an event-by-event basis. Catering by ARAMARK
Catering by ARAMARK will meet all of your food and beverage needs whether you are planning a business lunch, corporate event, formal dinner, private party, or another social affair. ARAMARK offers a diverse menu to satisfy any occasion and our Executive Chef can customize a menu for you. Cancellation and Postponed Events
In the rare occasion that an event at Cedar Park Center is postponed or cancelled, please visit www.cedarparkcenter.com or call 512-600-5000 for information updates specific to the event that you have tickets for. In most cases, refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Cell Phones
Cellular phones are permitted providing their use does not prevent other guests from enjoying the event. The use of camera and video functions may be restricted if requested by the event. We encourage you to place your phone in vibrate mode upon entry to Cedar Park Center.
Club Seats
Cedar Park Center features 603 Club seats. In addition to spectacular sightlines and extra-wide seats, Club ticket holders receive in-seat service, VIP access to the Miller Lite Club Lounge, and access to pre-event buffets for select events. On a season basis, Club seat ticket holders receive right of first refusal to purchase tickets for other Cedar Park Center events, free Texas Stars parking, and many other benefits. Concessions
ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment manages concessions throughout Cedar Park Center. Our concession stands offer a variety of food and beverages, from fresh burgers, hot dogs, and cold draft beer to soft chicken tacos, nachos, and frozen margaritas. Located throughout the arena, guests can enjoy a range of menu options including some local flair. Choose from the 6 general concessions stands or 5 portable carts, including Dippin'Dots and Nutty Bavarian.
Credit Cards
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted at every concession and merchandise stand. Portable stands are cash only.
Donations
Charities and other non-profit groups requesting donation or auction items from Cedar Park Center or Texas Stars Hockey Club should submit a written request on their organizational letterhead to: Texas Stars Foundation, Attn: Donation Requests, Amber Cooney – Director, Texas Stars Foundation, 2100 Avenue of the Stars, Cedar Park, TX 78613.
Door Time

Drop Off and Pick Up Location
The designated drop-off area for guests is located off of 183A in our valet lot on the east side of Cedar Park Center.
Elevators
Cedar Park Center features three (3) elevators. One is located at the State Farm Plaza entry vestibule, one at HEB Plaza entry vestibule, and another in the southeast corner of the main concourse behind Section 103. All three elevators have service to the suite / loge level of the facility.
Entrances
Cedar Park Center features three (3) primary entrances. The main entrance on the east side of the facility near the Box Office, State Farm Plaza in the northwest corner of the facility, and HEB Plaza in the southwest corner of the facility.
Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and walk to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs, staff instructions, and listen for announcements for specific information. In some circumstances you will be directed to remain INSIDE the building and staff will direct you where to go. Please do not use elevators during these evacuations. If you are disabled, staff will assist you in getting to safety.

Executive Offices
Cedar Park Center and Texas Stars Hockey Club offices are located inside Cedar Park Center. During normal business hours you can enter the facility via State Farm Plaza and follow the signs to building and team administration.

First Aid
For your safety, Cedar Park Center has professionally trained emergency personnel on site for all events. The First Aid station is located behind Section 109 on the main level. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available Cedar Park Center representative for assistance.
Fundraising Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in working with ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment at Cedar Park Center. All Non Profit groups who would like to work at the facility to raise money for their organization must be interviewed prior to being accepted. Once accepted, the organization will need to sign the ARAMARK/NPO service agreement, provide a 501C3 license, proof of insurance, and proof that all employees are TABC certified. All employees that will be serving alcohol must be 18 years of age or older.

Group Sales
Specific shows and events allow group discounts at the permission of the event organizer. The number that is considered to be a group varies on a show by show basis. Guest Conduct
Cedar Park Center's ultimate goal is to provide all guests with an exceptional experience. In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment we ask that while visiting Cedar Park Center guests be courteous to those around them and abide by building policies and procedures. Guests using foul or abusive language, behaving in an unruly manner, or appearing intoxicated are subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Handouts
The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Cedar Park Center property without prior written authorization from Cedar Park Center.

Listening Devices
Listening devises may be checked out, free of charge, at the Guest Services Desk located behind Section 121. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment.
Lost and Found
During an event, lost and found is located at the Guest Services desk behind Section 121. If you think you lost an item during an event, inquires can be made by calling 512-600-5000 the following business day. Messages left at this extension will be returned by a member of the Cedar Park Center team.
Lost Children or Companions
Lost children should be escorted to the nearest Cedar Park Center team member. In the event that you become separated from your child or a member of your party, you will also want to contact the nearest team member for assistance.
Merchandise
Numerous merchandise or novelty stand are available throughout the main concourse of Cedar Park Center during events. Texas Stars merchandise can also be purchased online by visiting CLICKING HERE.
Parking
Cedar Park Center features more than 2,600 parking spaces on its property, including parking for guests with disabilities located in Lots B, F, G, and Valet. Parking for all events is cash only and parking prices may vary by event. For specific parking price information please visit the Events and Tickets page of our website.
Prohibited Items
Cedar Park Center has a select number of prohibited items that cannot enter the facility. These items include but are not limited to: weapons, laser pens, air horns, noisemakers, laptop computers, wrapped gifts, oversized bags, confetti, streamers, outside food and beverage, cans, bottles, alcohol, and coolers.
Re-Entry
Cedar Park Center enforces a re-entry policy, meaning that guests that exit the building must have their ticket scanned out and re-present the ticket for re-entry.
Restrooms
Cedar Park Center offers ample men's, women's, and family restrooms on both levels of the facility, all of which are accessible to persons with disabilities. Baby changing stations are located in most men's and women's restrooms and all family restrooms.

Security
Cedar Park Center staffs both in-house private security and off-duty Cedar Park police officers to provide security before, during, and after events. Depending on the current Homeland Security National Threat Advisory, Cedar Park Center will base event security upon that level along with the performer's security rider.
Smoking Policy
There are several designated areas at Cedar Park center for smoking that include: the outside patio of Tito's Stars Bar, outside of State Farm and HEB Plaza on the main level, and on the balconies in the northwest and southwest corners of the suite level.
Strollers
Strollers are not permitted inside the seating area at anytime. If necessary, strollers may be checked in at the Guest Services Desk behind Section 121 upon entering the facility. Cedar Park Center is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged strollers.
Suites
Experience VIP treatment during events at Cedar Park Center in any of our luxury suites serving groups of 16-70 people. Suite purchases include VIP Parking and are available for nightly rentals. Please visit the Suites page of our website for more information.
Tailgating
Tailgating is allowed on an event-by-event basis, please contact Cedar Park Center at 512-600-5000 for specific event information.
Telephones
A telephone is available at no charge at the Guest Services Desk behind Section 121 on the main concourse.
Tickets
Purchasing tickets for events at the Cedar Park Center can be done at our Box Office windows or via Ticketmaster (online, by phone or a Retail Outlet). Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent of the Cedar Park Center. The Cedar Park Center cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source. The Cedar Park Center will not honor counterfeit and other invalid tickets.
For most events, children under 2 years of age may enter the center free of charge, providing that he or she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests 2 years of age and older must have a ticket to enter the center.

Water Fountains
Accessible water fountains are available on the main concourse of Cedar Park Center behind Section 103 and Section 120.
Wheelchair Escorts
Cedar Park Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from entrances and/or seats. Please contact a Guest Services representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.
Wheelchair Storage
For guests that wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at Guest Services. Our staff will make arrangements at time of retrieval to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other preferable time.
Will Call
Tickets for events at the Cedar Park Center may be picked up at Will Call during Box Office hours of operation. Please bring a valid photo ID along with the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
