Where is Cedar Park Center located?

What are the hours of operation for Cedar Park Center?
Cedar Park Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, if you have specific questions please contact us at 512-600-5000.
Can I bring food or drink into the arena?
Outside food and beverages of any kind may not be brought into Cedar Park Center.
What time do doors open for each event?
For most events, doors open 60 minutes prior to the event start time. This may vary by event. For specific information, please contact Cedar Park Center at 512-600-5000.
Are cameras allowed for Cedar Park Center events?
Video cameras are not allowed in Cedar Park Center. The use of "non-professional" still cameras without flash, at the request of their respective leagues, is permitted during Texas Stars and Austin Toros games. Tripods and camera stands are not permitted inside the venue. The use of still cameras during concerts and other events hosted at the venue, will be determined on an event-by-event basis. Where is the lost and found located at Cedar Park Center?
During an event, lost and found is located at the Guest Services desk behind Section 121.
If I attended an event at Cedar Park Center and think I lost something, who should I contact?
Inquires about lost items can be made by calling 512-600-5000 the following business day. Messages left at this extension will be returned by a member of the Cedar Park Center team.
What security measures do you take to ensure guest safety?
Cedar Park Center staffs both in-house private security and off-duty Cedar Park police officers to provide security before, during and after events. Depending on the current Homeland Security National Threat Advisory, Cedar Park Center will base event security upon that level along with the performer’s security requests.
Can I smoke at Cedar Park Center?
Yes, there are several designated areas at Cedar Park center for smoking that include: the outside patio of Tito's Stars Bar, outside of State Farm Plaza and HEB Plaza on the main level, and on the balconies in the northwest and southwest corners of the suite level.
Once I enter Cedar Park Center, am I allowed to exit and re-enter using the same ticket?
Cedar Park Center enforces a re-entry policy, meaning that guests that exit the building must have their ticket scanned out and re-present the ticket for re-entry.
Are there any items that are prohibited from Cedar Park Center?
Cedar Park Center has a select number of prohibited items that cannot enter the venue. These items include but are not limited to: weapons, laser pens, air horns, noisemakers, laptop computers, wrapped gifts, oversized bags, confetti, streamers, outside food and beverage, cans, bottles, alcohol and coolers.
Does Cedar Park Center have wi-fi available during events?
Yes, Cedar Park Center has free public wi-fi available during events. To get more information on this free service, please visit the Guest Services Desk behind Section 121.
How do I obtain a backstage pass for an upcoming event?
Backstage passes are not available for sale and are usually only provided by artist management or fan clubs to select recipients. Cedar Park Center personnel cannot provide or sell backstage passes and are prohibited from providing any tour personnel information.
What food vendors are found at Cedar Park Center?
Cedar Park Center, in conjunction with ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment, provide a wide variety of concession options. Please visit the Arena Food and Beverage page of our website for more information.
How cold is it inside Cedar Park Center and what should I wear for a hockey game?
During hockey games, a building temperature of 64 degrees (F) is maintained to keep a suitable ice surface for play. For other events where the ice is covered with an insulated sub-floor, building temperature is usually 68-72 degrees. Many hockey fans have found the best manner of dress to be layered clothing to allow for easy adjustment in personal temperature.
Are wheelchairs or wheelchair escorts available to guests attending an event at Cedar Park Center?
Cedar Park Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from entrances and/or seats. Please contact a Guest Services representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.
Does Cedar Park Center have ATMs?
Plains Capital Bank ATMs are located behind Sections 122 and 102 on the main concourse.
Can I host a business meeting or special event at Cedar Park Center?
Corporate and private events are available for small groups to over 8,000 guests. Catering and event planning services are also available. Please contact the Cedar Park Center event booking department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Is there a charge for parking?
Yes, there is a cash only parking charge for all Cedar Park Center events. For specific parking price information please visit the Events and Tickets page of our website for event specific information.
Where is your handicap parking?
Accessible parking spaces are located in Lot B, F, G, and valet on Cedar Park Center property. Vehicles legally displaying disabled license plates or window cards are permitted to park in these designated spaces.
Where is the designated drop-off area?
The designated drop-off area for guests is located off of 183A in our valet lot on the east side of Cedar Park Center.

What age does my child have to be to require a ticket?
For most events, including Texas Stars and Austin Toros home games, children under two years of age may enter Cedar Park Center free of charge, providing he/she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests two and older must have a valid ticket to enter Cedar Park Center. For specific event information please contact Cedar Park Center at 512-600-5000.
What and where is Will Call?
Will Call is located on the northeast corner of Cedar Park Center at the Box Office. If you purchase your tickets close to the date of the show or choose Will Call as your delivery option via Ticketmaster, your tickets will be available at the box office for you to pick up rather than mailing them. You will need valid identification to pick up the ticket.
I am planning on bringing a large group to Cedar Park Center. Are their group discounts available?
Some shows and events allow group discounts at the permission of the event organizer. The number that is considered to be a group varies on a show by show basis.
